We are unable to replace your order after it has been marked as delivered by our shipping partners. If your package was delivered, but you did not receive it, please file a claim with the shipping company.

Please reach out if there  are any other issues with your order.

How should I store my tea?

Keep them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Reseal the pouch after each use or store them in an airtight jar.

How long do your teas last?

Loose-leaf teas remain fresh for 12–18 months if stored properly. Because our blends use whole, unprocessed herbs, their aroma and potency tend to last longer.

How do I brew the teas?

Steep 1–2 teaspoons of tea in 8–10 oz of hot water for 5–10 minutes. Stronger herbs and roots may require a longer steep.

Can I drink your teas cold?

Absolutely — our blends are excellent hot or iced. Cold brewing overnight creates smooth, refreshing flavors that work beautifully in mocktails. Check out our Brew and Bloom blog for fun recipes!

Can tea be brewed multiple times?

Yes most of our herbal teas can be brewed multiple times. The steeping time may need to be extended with each subsequent infusion to extract the full flavor and medicinal benefits.

Are your teas safe during pregnancy or breastfeeding?

While some herbal teas are considered safe during pregnancy and breastfeeding, others may not be recommended due to their potential effects on pregnancy or lactation. Please consult your doctor or physicians before consuming.

Are your teas organic?

Yes, we source our organic herbs domestically and from Haiti.

When does your tea expire?

If stored properly dried herbs have a storage life of about 2 to 5 years.
