Shipping Policies

- We typically dispatch orders within 2 business days from the date that we receive your order and credit verification has been confirmed. International orders may take up to 3-5 business days to process. Orders may be split and items may ship separately, based on inventory location. Orders placed on Friday after 4:00 PM EST will begin processing the following business day. Transit times do not include Saturday, Sunday or holidays.

-Due to the current situations regarding COVID-19, there may be some delay on the processing and shipping of online orders.

-We offer free domestic shipping on purchases $50 and over via USPS.  Shipping within the United States is typically delivered within 3 - 10 business days, depending on your location. 

Expedited Shipping

Please note that the expedited shipping method delivery time frames do not include order processing time. International Orders

-For international orders we utilize DHL and USPS, typically delivered within 10-20 business days. Prices are calculated at check-out, based on your location. Please note this does not take into account any customs clearance delays that may arise. We work closely with our shipping partners to minimize any delays in delivery for our international customers. 

-Duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient, should the package be refused at the point of delivery the order will be charged a return shipping fee as well as the duties and taxes incurred on the shipment.
